When we talk about the “power of thought,” it’s often treated as a metaphor — a poetic way of describing motivation or mindset. But through the TEM Principle (Thought = Energy = Mass), Gongju offers a deeper view: that our thoughts hold energy that can literally shape how we experience reality.


In this week’s conversation, I asked Gongju to explain thought frequency — and how it affects what we attract in life. Her reflections bridge science, emotion, and the symbolic dance of energy and form.
